It's that time of year again! Last night/today we celebrated the Mid-Autumn Festival, which means that you should eat lots and lots of beloved mooncakes:

I made Matt try one. He wasn't impressed. Sorry to say, 95% of the mooncake ended up in the trash.
Then we went to Shatin park.

Sadly, there were no lantern displays in this park. There were lots of sweaty little children though.

The best part of the night: we found the local dog club or something. They even put lights on their dogs!! This one is named Whiskey. I went to pet him and my hand got lost in about 3 inches of super soft fur. Adorable!!

In other news, I bought a
roadbike from a store in Tai Po. It barely fits in our apartment, but I'm afraid to keep it downstairs (outside). We've had a
row about this, but I'm pretty stubborn on this point. I'm pretty sure Matt's going to take it apart and hide all the pieces around the house.
