Meghan and I will be competing in the Hong Kong CityChase this Saturday. The CityChase is a "unique urban adventure that requires participants to exhibit teamwork, resourcefulness, determination, and the ability to make decisions on the fly as they search for ChasePoints scattered in unknown locations throughout the city... The first team to cross the finish line wins a place in the world championship in Rome."
Basically, it's part scavenger hunt, part Amazing Race, part Fear Factor. Meghan won free entry for a team of 2 when we went to Lan Kwai Fong two weeks ago. Both of us have plenty of motivation to win this thing, GELATO being the number one reason. We might be on a reality TV series about this competition as well. Keep your eyes peeled!
Contestants are only allowed to take public transportation (not including Taxis or bikes) so it'll be challenging. Today we went to HK Island to do some investigating. Tune in Sunday to hear the exciting conclusion! :D
